Kelsey Metz, DC, CACCP

Hello! I am Dr. Kelsey Metz, and I am thrilled to bring my passion for prenatal, pediatric and nutritional care to Nourish!
Due to several of my own experiences, I have developed a passion in working with women to prepare their bodies for pregnancy and to establish their team of support for a VBAC.  I also love nutrition!  I enjoy helping women achieve optimal wellness and heal their bodies naturally through nutritional changes such as whole food nutrition and supplementation or detox when needed.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Crown College in 2008 and then received my Doctor of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2012.  I completed my pediatric certification training (CACCP) and Webster Technique Certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.  I have also received additional training in nutrition, Spinning Babies® Techniques, Craniosacral for Infants and Evaluation and Rehabilitation of Tethered Oral Tissues in Infants.
My husband Jeff and I have been married for 8 years and have 2 busy little boys (hence my love for coffee )! My faith and my family are my greatest joys and what drives me love and serve others every day.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN and have taken advanced training courses in Acupuncture for Fertility & Hormone Balance, Craniosacral for Infants and Pregnancy, Lactation, Spinning Babies® Techniques, Diastasis Recti Rehabilitation, and Chiropractic for Pregnancy and the Post-Baby period including Certification in the Webster Technique, a technique used to minimize intra-uterine constraint which can lead to Breech Baby Presentation.  I also train other chiropractors how to help more moms in their practice through Nourish Professional-Lactation for Chiropractors.

My husband, Peter and I have been married for 14 years and we have 2 little boys who love to play board games and imagine new worlds.  My personal hobbies include gluten free and paleo cooking, hiking, organic gardening, yoga, DIY projects and volunteering with the youth at our church.

Jillian Skluzacek, DC

Hello, I’m Dr. Jillian Skluzacek! I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and furthered my education with a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University. My goal was to join a profession involved with helping people; this, in combination with a passion in health, motivated me to become a chiropractor.

I have discovered a passion in improving wellness prior to conception to promote healthy pregnancies and babies. I enjoy supporting women throughout their pregnancy to improve comfort and work towards their birth goals; and then meeting the little one after! I have advanced training in Chiropractic for Pregnancy, Craniosacral Therapy for Infants and Pregnancy, and Evaluation and Rehabilitation of TOTS in Infants. I utilize Spinning Babies Techniques® and have a Certification in the Webster Technique to optimize pelvic positioning throughout pregnancy.

My husband, David and I are entering our second year of marriage and love to travel in our free time. My personal hobbies include yoga, photography, walks with my dog Alton, and being outdoors- preferably at a lake!
